BRIEF
The project embarked on creating a unique shoe design, from the initial design brief to the final design. Utilizing the Double Diamond model of design thinking, this endeavor leveraged generative AI tools to streamline the shoe design processes, focusing on innovation and efficiency.

WHAT WE DID
Discovery: Initiated by establishing a comprehensive design brief using AI tools, followed by secondary research for market trends, user insights, and data analysis. All findings were integrated and visualized on Miro for strategic planning.
Definition: AI tools helped in interpreting gathered data to define key product features and customer needs, ensuring a targeted approach in the design.
Development: Created detailed design prompts for early concept drawings, employing tools like Midjourney for generating initial visuals which were refined and iterated upon based on feedback.
Delivery: Final design adjustments were made using region-based edits with tools like Krea and Vizcom. The project transitioned from 2D visual sketches to 3D models, using both generative AI tools and traditional CAD for final product modeling.







RESULTS
Innovative Design: Produced a forward-thinking shoe design that integrates brand identity with modern aesthetics and functionality.
Efficiency: Reduced design cycle time by 50%, enabling faster from concept to market readiness.
User Test: Met all user specifications with iterative tests, setting a precedent for future AI-assisted design projects.
